Do you take insurance?

At this time we do not take insurance. We do offer a superbill for sessions for you to provide to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Do you offer sliding scale?

No. We offer solution based services, which means that cost is packaged uniquely for you and the cost can vary.

Do you offer payment plans?

There are payment plans for certain packages depending on the therapist. This information should be made available to you during your free consultation.

How do I get started?

When can I expect transformation ?

There is no time frame on when someone will see transformation. Everyone is different and depending what you come to our services for you may be working with us from 1 month to 20 years as a therapist.

I am scared and concern about confidentiality?

Since we are all licensed at either the associate or fully licensed all services are under HIPAA. The only time information is shared is with the insurance company (very limited), to ensure safety of yourself and others, subpoena by the court, released by you or when accusation are brought against a clinician.

Can I be refunded for services?

You can not be refunded for services rendered, late cancelations or no shows. You will be can only be refunded for services not rendered. (I.e. you paid for 15 sessions, but met your goals in 10 sessions. You can choose to use those funds for 5 sessions something else or get refunded those 5 sessions)

Can I reschedule a late cancellation or a no show?

Yes, this will be an additional charge outside of what you are charge for your session. So let’s say your session is $300. You missed the session or did not show. You will be charged the $300 for that missed session. You want to reschedule you will be expected to pay an additional $300 for the reschedule since that is a new time and date for that week. Everyone is allowed one free reschedule for a either a no show or cancellation, not both.
