Assessment and Goal Setting:

Together, we will craft goals that are purposeful, aligned, continuous and tracked (PACT), ensuring clarity and effectiveness. This will provide a clear understanding of where we are going in therapy and measure changes/ areas where more work is needed.

Therapeutic Process:

  • Phase 1:

    • Identify how you see yourself and why.

  • Phase 2:

    • Identify how you want to yourself and what needs to change.

  • Phase 3:

    • Creation of new narratives and behaviors in your life that can create the change you desire. 

  • Phase 4

    • Implementing the new narrative and behavior in parts of your life where you want to see change.

Therapy Components

Weekly Individual Sessions:

Together, we will tackle emerging themes, celebrate progress, and address any challenges standing in your way.

Homework Assignments:

I will assign tasks tailored to your goals, reinforcing your progress and encouraging practical application. We will review and discuss these assignments during our sessions, ensuring continuous growth and understanding.

Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques (Throughout):

Throughout our sessions, we will integrate practices to enhance emotional balance and well-being. From mindfulness meditation to deep breathing exercises, you will have access to resources that promote relaxation and inner peace.

Goal Review and Adjustment (Regularly):

Regularly, we will review and adjust your SMART goals based on your progress and evolving needs. We will celebrate achievements together and tackle setbacks with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring you stay motivated and focused.

Integration of Therapeutic Approaches:

I will seamlessly blend CBT, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches, tailoring interventions to your preferences and responsiveness. Together, we will find the perfect mix that resonates with you.
